Allow Alert Emails
The content and volume of alert messages from DMARC Protection may get those messages flagged as suspicious by some firewalls or secure email gateways. To ensure delivery of reports and alerts sent from DMARC Protection, you may want to create a simple rule to add these messages to "allow list" and ensure their delivery.
The process for creating allow list rule differs for each firewall or gateway. Consult the appropriate documentation to find out how. Search for rules or allow list.
When creating a rule, the one setting that you need to configure is the following:
Rule Parameter | Value |
---|---|
From Address | no-reply@agari.com |
NOTE: You could instead use the sender IP address (contact your support representative to get this value). Although the IP address can be used for adding to allow list, it is strongly recommended that any firewall policies and secure email gateway solutions use the from address (no-reply@agari.com) and not the IP address. The IP address can change at any time without notification.
