Manage Your Reports

The Manage your reports page (Configure > Reports) lets you view, download, modify, and delete scheduled reports for yourself and for other users in your organization. Reports can be scheduled from supported data views, including the Email Traffic Analyzer, Executive Overview, Failure Samples ,Domain Status, and Thread Feeds. These reports can be delivered on recurring schedules such as daily, weekly, or monthly.

Viewing Scheduled Reports

Depending on your account type and report activity, you may see one or more sections:

  • Owned Requests: Reports that you created or own.

  • Reports Sent to Users in My Organization: Reports sent to users in your organization.

  • An empty-state message if no reports have been scheduled yet.

NOTE:

If no reports are scheduled, the page displays a message explaining that you have not yet scheduled any reports and that you can schedule reports by using the Schedule button when viewing a data view, such as the Email Traffic Analyzer.

Each report entry displays the following information :

Field Description
Download Access generated report files such as PDF or CSV.
Name Name of the scheduled report.
Report Type Type of report (for example, DMARC Trend or Domain Diagnostic).
Doamins Selected Domain scope for the report
Recipients Email Recipients for the report delivery.
Frequency Delivery schedule such as Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
Actions

– Edit the report configuration to modify a report.

Trash icon – Delete the scheduled report.

Downloading Reports

If generated reports are available, expand the report and select the available PDF or CSV link to download a report.

If no files are available, the page displays No reports generated yet.
