Remediate an Incident

When you have determined that an incident is a threat to your organization, you can remediate it right from within Phishing Response.

  1. On the Analyst page, click an investigation to select it, then click it again to open the Details page.
  2. Click the Remediate tab. (You can also click Actions > Enforce in a selected investigation to go directly to the Remediate tab.)
  3. Click Enforce Now.
  4. Select the messages that you want remediated from the list of messages in the investigation.
  5. Click Enforce Selected.
  6. Select an Enforcement action.
  7. Click OK.
