Recycle Bin

Description

The Recycle Bin stores workflow, task, condition, and process files that have been deleted by a user. Once a file is in the Recycle Bin, you can choose to either permanently delete it from your Automate system, or restore it back to its original folder.

To open the Recycle Bin:

  1. On the Server Management Console's navigation bar, select Repository.

  2. Select the Workflows, Tasks, Conditions, or Processes folder, based on the type of file(s) you want to recycle.

  3. Select MORERecycle Bin.

Restoring files

To restore a file back to its original folder, select the desired file, and then select RESTORE. To select multiple files, drag your mouse pointer over the desired files, or hold down the SHIFT key and individually select each file with your mouse pointer.

Deleting files

To permanently delete a file from the Recycle Bin and your Automate system, select the desired file, and then select DELETE. To select multiple files, drag your mouse pointer over the desired files, or hold down the SHIFT key and individually select each file with your mouse pointer.

WARNING: Once you delete a file from the Recycle Bin, you cannot restore it.
TIP: You can also right-click a file, and then select Restore or Delete, or choose Select All to select all files currently in the Recycle Bin to restore or delete.
