You can specify how often, from 1 to 24 hours, the Manager Relationship information is updated. You can also manually refresh the information; there may be a short delay (1 minute or less) between requesting an update and it starting.
To specify the Manager Relationship update frequency
- From the Policy Center Home page, click Manager Relationships. The Manager Relationships page appears.
- Move the mouse pointer over the Automatic Updates section and click Click here to change these settings.
- Select or clear Update the manager relationship every and select the time period from the drop-down box. You can select a time period of 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 or 24 hours.
- Click Save.
To manually refresh the Manager Relationships
- From the Policy Center Home page, click Manager Relationships. The Manager Relationships page appears.
- Click Synchronize Now in the task bar.
