Create, modify and delete an Internet Zone
You can create Internet Zones to define the Protocol, URLs and URL categories which are used by a Web policy route.

Create and Modify an Internet Zone?
- Click Policy > Internet Zones. The Manage Internet Zones page is displayed.
- To create a new Internet Zone, click
New. To edit an existing zone, select the entry from the list and click
Edit.
- Edit the Overview section and provide the zone with a Name or any relevant Notes. Click Save.
- Define the protocols for matching URLS. Select the Protocols tab and click Click here to change these settings.

Select HTTP/FTP and/or HTTPS and click Save.
When attempting to match an HTTPS request to an Internet Zone, only the domain name associated with that page will be considered. Any sub-pages will be ignored.
- Add URL categories to the Internet Zone. Click the URL Categories tab and click Click here to change these settings.
- Select the categories of included sites from the selection pane. The right pane displays information about each category. Click Save
- Add specific sites to the Internet Zone. Click the Sites tab and click Click here to change these settings.
- Click New. The Add Site dialog is displayed.

Enter a Site Address and a Description. Click Add.
If a Site definition includes a protocol, the site protocol takes precedence. - Apply the configuration.

Remove an Internet Zone?
You cannot delete an Internet Zone that is currently referenced in a policy route.
- Click Policy > Internet Zones. The Manage Internet Zones page is displayed.
- Select an Internet Zone.
- Click Delete.
- Apply the configuration.

Import sites into an Internet Zone?
You can import a list of sites from a text file.
- Click Policy > Internet Zones. The Manage Internet Zones page is displayed.
- Select an Internet Zone.
- In the Task Panel, click
Import sites. The Import Sites dialog is displayed.

Click Browse and locate the .txt file containing your data.
Do not select the Delete and replace... check box if you want to keep the entries already contained in the list. - Click Import.
- Apply the configuration.
