Encrypt email using a mail policy content rule
The following tutorial shows you how to encrypt email containing a specific word or phrase such as the name of a new product.

Create a new lexical expression list called Product name that contains the word or phrase that you want to search for.

Create a new content rule called Detect product name that uses your new lexical expression list.

- Point to the Policy tab.
- Under Manage Policy Definition, click Content Rules.

Do one of the following:
- On the Content Rules toolbar, click New.
- In the Task panel, click New content rule.
- In the Add a Content Rule dialog box, click Detect lexical expression.
- In the Overview area, click Click here to change these settings.
- In the Name box, type Detect product name.
- Click Save.
- In the Lexical Expression area, click Click here to change these settings.
- In the Expression list list, click Product name.
- Click Save.

Set the disposal action for your new content rule to Deliver the message > Applying encryption endpoint policy.

- In the Disposal Action area, click Click here to change these settings.
- Make sure that Deliver the message is selected.
- Change as specified on the route to applying encryption endpoint policy.
- Click Save.
- Apply the configuration.
