Configure Spoof Detection
This topic describes how you configure Spoof Detection to reject email from outside your organization that has a forged sender with an internal email address.
- On the Policy Center Home page, click SpamLogic Settings. The SpamLogic Settings page appears, displaying the Spam Policy tab.
- Move the pointer over the Spam Policy section, and click Click here to change these settings.
- In the Spoof Detection box, select one of:
- Disabled
- Reject connection
- Hold in area (Specified in the 'Hold Spam in this Message Area' section. See Configuring Spam Policy.)
- Click Save.
To avoid messages from trusted sources being blocked by spoof detection, add them to a Allow List If the References to Mail policy
