Your
Mail is not blocked or rejected if your Confirmed Spam behavior is configured to take other actions. |
Geoblocking does not support inbound mail sent from an IPv6 address. Therefore any mail received from an IPv6 address sited within a country in the Geoblocking list will not be blocked or marked as suspicious. |

Add countries to the Blocked or Suspicious lists
- On the Policy Center Home
page, click SpamLogic Settings.
The SpamLogic Settings page appears. - Click the Geoblocking tab, then click Click here to change these settings.
- Click the Blocked: and/or Suspicious: field.
A drop-down menu of countries appears. Scroll through to find and select the country you want to add, or start typing the name of the country to filter the list. - Click the name of the country to add it to the list, and repeat these steps to add additional countries.
- Click Save.
- On the Policy Center Home
page, click SpamLogic Settings.

View countries on the Blocked or Suspicious lists
- On the Policy Center Home
page, click SpamLogic Settings.
The SpamLogic Settings page appears. - Click the
Geoblocking tab.
The number of blocked and/or suspicious countries are shown in the Geoblocking panel. - To see which of the countries are included in either of these lists, click (Show) beside the country list you want to view.
The list of countries expands under the blocked or suspicious countries summary. - Click (Hide) to collapse the list from view again.
- On the Policy Center Home
page, click SpamLogic Settings.

Remove countries from the Blocked or Suspicious lists
- On the Policy Center Home
page, click SpamLogic Settings.
The SpamLogic Settings page appears. - Click the Geoblocking tab, then click Click here to change these settings.
- In either the Blocked: and/or Suspicious: field, click the x next to the name of the country you want to remove.
- Click Save.
- On the Policy Center Home
page, click SpamLogic Settings.
