TRUSTmanager

You can check sender reputation by using TRUSTmanager. TRUSTmanager checks the reputation of all connecting SMTP hosts against a constantly updated database of reputations provided by Clearswift. Hosts are evaluated for previous spam-related activities and are awarded one of four TRUSTmanager reputations.

To view the checks performed on messages, according to TRUSTmanager reputation

  1. Navigate to Policy > SpamLogic Settings > Spam Policy tab.
  2. In the Spam Policy panel, on the TRUSTmanager Reputation bar, move the mouse over:

To avoid messages from trusted sources being blocked, add them to an Allow List.
