Configure Peer Gateways

The Peer Gateways page enables you to configure and manage the Gateways in a peer group.

Add a peer

  1. Navigate to System > Configuration > Peer Gateways. The Peer Gateways page is displayed.

  2. In the Peer Gateways panel, Click New.

  3. In the Choose Peer Type dialog, select a peer type and click Add. Another dialog for the selected type is displayed.

  4. In the dialog, enter Name, Hostname/IP Address and 'Admin' user password, and click Test. If the test result is successful, click Add.

Edit a peer

  1. Navigate to System > Configuration > Peer Gateways. The Peer Gateways page is displayed.

  2. In the Peer Gateways panel, select a peer and click Edit.

  3. In the Update Existing Peer dialog, edit the details as required and click Test. If the test is successful, click Update.

Delete a peer

  1. Navigate to System > Configuration > Peer Gateways. The Peer Gateways page is displayed.

  2. In the Peer Gateways panel, select a peer and click Delete.

  3. Click Yes in the Confirm Delete dialog to confirm the removal.

Apply a configuration to peers

  1. Click Apply Configuration in the Changes Made panel on the user interface, or navigate to System > Configuration > Apply Configuration.

  2. On the Apply Configuration Now page, provide information about the change.

  3. Select the peer(s) to which the new configuration needs to be applied.

  4. Select the configuration elements to apply.

  5. Click Apply Now. The Health page is displayed, showing the progress of the configuration application process on the Peer Status tab.
