Secure Email Gateway might need to use an HTTP Proxy to communicate with the Update Server. The HTTP Proxy Settings page displays the configuration of the server.

Specify HTTP Proxy Settings

To access the Cockpit administration user interface, open a supported web browser and enter the IP address of your Secure Email Gateway, on port 9090:

Log in to Cockpit using your administrator credentials. Ensure that you have the Administrative access (not the Limited access) to the account.

Click Network Services.
- Click System Proxy.
- Click Edit. Enter your proxy server address and port, along with any user credentials required to authenticate.
- Click Apply to save the settings. The settings will take up to five minutes to propagate.
