The Installed Version & Upgrades page provides you with the details of your currently installed Secure Email Gateway and external components.
Current Version
From the Current Version tab, you can view a list of currently installed software packages along with their details. This information can be useful for diagnostic purposes.
- Navigate to System > Version & License > Installed Version & Upgrades. The Installed Version & Upgrades page is displayed.

Select the Current Version tab.
You can view the list of software packages and their details.
When upgrades are available, a bulleted note is displayed at the top. This note also indicates the number of available packages for upgrading, and whether a reboot is required after installation.
- Package: Name of the package
- Version: Version of the package
- Installed: Date and time of installation
- Available: Available version for upgrading
- OS: Red Hat and other non-Fortra software packages are indicated with a green checkmark (
)
Managed Updates
From the Managed Updates tab, you can view a list of the latest updates for external components Secure Email Gateway uses, such as anti-spam engines and anti-virus scanners.
- Navigate to System > Version & License > Installed Version & Upgrades. The Installed Version & Upgrades page is displayed.

Select the Managed Updates tab.
You can view the list of external components and their update details.
- Updates Dated: Date and time of the update.
- Version: Version of the update. This information is displayed where applicable.
- Rules created on: When the update was downloaded or redownloaded in the mirror. Applicable to PhishTank, Rspamd and SpamAssassin only.
- Rules downloaded on: When the update was downloaded in Secure Email Gateway. Applicable to PhishTank, Rspamd and SpamAssassin only.
