Configure unknown URL submission

The Clearswift Secure ICAP Gateway can submit unknown URLs to a database, enhancing its ability to categorize URLs in future updates.

To enable unknown URL submission

  1. Navigate to System > ICAP Settings > URL Database. The URL Database page is displayed

  2. In the Unknown URL Submissionpanel, click Click here to change these settings.
  3. Select Submit unknown URLs for categorization.
  4. Click Save.
 

Update the URL Database to ensure you have the most recent categorizations.

If you believe a page has been incorrectly submitted and classified, we recommend contacting Clearswift support to reconfigure the classification.
