Secure ICAP Gateway automatically validates your license every 24 hours by sending a set of validation data to the Clearswift Secure License Server.
License validation data is automatically collected by Clearswift as call-home data.
License validation request data
To view the data that was sent on the last validation request:
- Navigate to System > Version & License > View License. The View License page is displayed.
- In the task panel, click View validation request data.
License validation statistics
During the license validation process, Secure ICAP Gateway sends system usage statistics to Clearswift. Clearswift uses these statistics to ensure that our hardware and software are performing as predicted.
The statistics do not include any employee personal data or other information that would enable the identification of a person. We might publicly refer to these statistics when marketing our products.
