The Service Control page lists the status of each Secure ICAP Gateway and enables you to stop or restart those services that are under manual control.

To view the page, from the Home page, select System > Service Control.
The Service Control page lists the following services with its current status:
In the Current Status panel, gray icons such as  in the Service column indicate that those services cannot be controlled manually. |

| Health and Statistics | Gathers information on system health for display on the Health page and other pages of the Secure ICAP Gateway web interface. |
| ICAP Server | Manages the ICAP Server controlling access from the ICAP client. |
| Infrastructure | Manages Alarms and Housekeeping tasks. |
| SMTP Alert Transport | Manages the delivery of SMTP Alerts. |
| Sophos Virus Scanner |
Manages the Sophos virus scanning process. |
| SQL Database | Manages the SQL database tasks. |
| System Logging | Manages the system logs recorded by Secure ICAP Gateway. |
| User Interface | Manages the display of the Secure ICAP Gateway web interface. |
| Web Audit | Manages the auditing system. |
