Configure Scheduled Threat Analysis

System Settings control accounts can configure the Clearswift Gateway Report Center to generate a scheduled threat analysis email.

How do I...

• Configure the Threat Analysis Email settings?

  • Enable the threat analysis email:

    1. From the Home page click Report Center and select the Scheduled Threat Analysis tab.
    2. In the Scheduled Threat Analysis area, click Click here to change these settings.
    3. Select the checkbox to Enable the Scheduled Threat Analysis Email.

    4. Click Save.

  • Specify the Sender and Recipient:

    By default, the sender and recipient email address are both configured as the server administrator's email address.

    1. In the Sender & Recipient area, click Click here to change these settings.
    2. Select a Sender or Recipient from the available options. If a specific email address is required, select This email address and enter the required email address.
    3. Click Save.

• Modify the schedule?

  The schedule determines the times at which the Gateway will generate the threat analysis email. It displays the days and times of the week and uses the following icons to indicate the specified delivery times:

  Full Threat Analysis: Issue an email listing all threats.

  New Threat Analysis: Issue an email listing new threats.

  1. Select a time period on the schedule. Click the same period to cycle through the options for Full Threat Analysis, New Threat Analysis, or no threat analysis.
  2. Click Save.
