Cache settings (enable, clear)

To enable the cache:

1. From the System Center Home page, click Proxy Settings. The Proxy Settings page appears.
2. On the Proxy Settings page, click Cache to display the Cache page.
3. Move the mouse pointer over the Cache section and click Click here to change these settings.
4. Select or clear The proxy will cache websites visited by your users.

• If you select this option, the Clearswift Gateway will cache websites visited by your users.
• If you clear this option, the Clearswift Gateway will not cache websites visited by your users.

5. Click Save.

To clear the cache:

1. From the System Center Home page, click Proxy Settings. The Proxy Settings page appears.
2. On the Proxy Settings page, click Cache to display the Cache page.
3. To clear the cache, click Clear Cache in the task panel. A dialog will be displayed indicating that clearing the cache is performed in the background and will require the proxy to restart.
4. Click Continue.
