Upstream proxy URL Bypass settings

To configure URL addresses that are to be requested directly from the internet, that is bypass the upstream proxy:

1. From the System Center Home page, click Proxy Settings. The Proxy Settings page appears.
2. On the Proxy Settings page, click Upstream Proxy Settings to display the Upstream Proxy Settings page.
3. On the Upstream Proxy Settings page, click the URL Bypass tab to display the Bypass By URL area.
4. Click the New button to display the URL: field in the task panel.
5. In the URL field, enter an address or a mask to use to specify addresses to bypass. You can construct a mask using these wildcard characters.

   Wildcard characters for masks

   Use * to represent 0 or more characters.

   Use ? to represent a single character.

    

6. Click Save.
