Specify the Safe Search setting
You can configure the Safe Search policy to apply one of the following filters to search results returned by Google, Bing and Yahoo!
- Do not filter explicit content in your search results.
- Filter explicit images and video.
- Filter explicit text, images and video.
For Safe Search to work when using Google, you must enable HTTPS Content Scanning on your Safe Search does not support results obtained from yahoo.co.jp. Specify the Global Safe Search setting?
- Navigate to Policy > Manage Policy Definition > Global Web Policy. The Global Web Policy page is displayed.
- In the Safe Search panel, click Click here to change these settings.
- Select Enforce Safe Search to filter explicit content to enable Safe Search.
- Select one of the following options:
- Filter explicit images and video.
- Filter explicit text, images and video.
- Click Save.
- Apply the configuration.

Override Safe Search policy for a specific policy route?
- Create a Safe Search Filtering content rule.
- Configure the content rule and select DO NOT Filter search results as the Primary Action.
- Create a machine list or a user name list which contains your selected users.
- Create an Internet Zone containing *.bing.*, *.google.* and *.yahoo.*
- Create a Web Policy Route between your selected users and the new Internet Zone.
- Apply the Safe Search Filtering content rule to the policy route.
- Apply the configuration.

Prevent users from accessing other search sites?
- Create an Internet Zone (Safe Search Engines) containing *.bing.*, *.google.* and *.yahoo.*
- Create an Internet Zone (Search Engines) with the selected URL category: Reference > Search.
- Create a Web policy route between Everyone and Safe Search Engines with a Primary Action of Allow Traffic.
- Create a Web policy route between Everyone and Search Engines with a Primary Action of Block Traffic.
- Apply the configuration.
