Cache settings (enable, clear)

To enable the cache

  1. Navigate to System > Proxy Settings > Cache. The Cache page is displayed.
  2. Click Click here to change these settings.

  3. Select the The proxy will cache websites visited by your users check box.

    • If you select this option, Secure Web Gateway will cache websites visited by your users.
    • If you clear this option, Secure Web Gateway will not cache websites visited by your users.
  4. Click Save.

To clear the cache

  1. Navigate to System > Proxy Settings > Cache. The Cache page is displayed.
  2. In the task panel, click Clear Cache. The Clear Cache dialog is displayed, indicating "Clearing the cache is performed in the background and will require the proxy to restart".
  3. Click Continue.
