Secure Web Gateway enables you to identify the reason why lexical analysis has blocked a page or content.
View the recent text analysis
- Navigate to System > Monitoring & Control > Logs & Alarms.
- In the task panel, click View recent text analysis. In a separate browser window, lexical analysis policy matches from the previous 24 hours, a maximum of 500 entries, are displayed.
- To view the full details of a selected entry, click text analysis. A window is displayed showing details of the entry with the phrase highlighted.
