Messages menu
The Messages menu enables you to find, analyze, and manage messages that have been handled by Secure Exchange Gateway. You can view the content and history of individual messages, inspect message areas, and process messages that have been intercepted by the security policy.
When you select the Messages menu, the Queued Messages and the Held Messages tables are displayed. Both tables display information about the Count (number) and the combined Size of messages contained in each queue or message area.
| If your user account does not have the required access permissions, you will not be able to access the Messages menu. For more information, contact your administrator. |
| If your Secure Exchange Gateway is using the multi-box message management license, you can manage messages held on all Gateways across the peer group simultaneously. |
