Logs

The Logs page allows you to generate and download a logs bundle that can be sent to Fortra in case of an issue.

Available actions

Click Generate to generate a zip file containing the log package.
Click Refresh to refresh the status of the log package.
Once a log bundle has been generated, click Download to download the log zip file.
