Priority order determines which map elements take precedence when two or more elements overlap. Most map elements have a fixed order; you can, however, change the priority order for shapes and images.

  1. Right-click the shape or image and choose Priority.

  2. Choose one of the following commands to change the position of the shape or image relative to the other shapes or images that overlap it:

Notes

This means that labels always appear on top of shapes and images, and that pages, sequences, and tour sequences always appear on top of any other map elements.
