You can check the spelling of selected text, text in the current page, text in the current files page layouts, all pages, or all text in the map.

  1. On the menu bar, click Tools > Spelling.

  2. For Check in, specify exactly what you want to check:

To check several pages, you must first select the pages in the map before opening the spelling checker.

  1. (Optional) If you chose All Pages and want CuteSITE Builder to begin checking from the beginning of the Web site file, select Start from beginning.

  2. Click Start. When CuteSITE Builder finds an unrecognized word, it displays the title of the page that contains the word and also shows the word in context. You can ignore the word, add it to your custom dictionary, correct it, or, in the case of a repeated word, delete it.

  3. To pay no attention to the fact that this word was found, click Ignore. If you think this word might appear several more times, and you do not want it to be found again in the current session, click Ignore All.

  4. If you do not want the word to be found again, ever, you can add the word to your custom dictionary by clicking Add.

  5. To delete a word, click Delete.

  6. To correct the error, either type the correct spelling in the Change To field and click Change, or select one of the suggestions for the correct spelling of the word and click Change. If you think this word appears several times, and you want to correct all occurrences of it in the same way, click Change All.

  7. 7 When you finish a check, you can start another pass (perhaps to check a different type of text) without closing the Spelling dialog. Click Restart, choose a different set of content to be checked, and then click Start.
