The OverAll map provides a “bird’s-eye view” of all pages and other elements in the map. The OverAll map includes a box that you can drag to change the area displayed in the main map.

toolbar or click F10 to display the OverAll map.
To hide the OverAll map, choose Map
> OverAll > Hide,
or click the icon
or F10 again.
You can add and edit map elements such as pages, shapes, and labels in the OverAll map if the main map is hidden. Since the OverAll map does not provide fine control of movements, such editing is recommended only in the case of elements that are too big to fit easily in the main map,or invisible in the main map.
You can specify that map elements such as shapes, labels, and images only display in the OverAll map. To do this, right-click the element in the main map, choose Properties, and select the Show in OverAll map only option.
The outline is an alternate way to get an overview of all the pages in a file. In the outline, page titles, sequence names, and tour sequence names appear in text outline form. Choose View > Outline > Show to display it.
The OverAll map does not appear when you publish to the Web.
