Insert a table

 

You can insert a table in the page area or in any border.

1. Right-click the place in the page area or border you want the table to appear and choose Insert > Table.

2. Review the number of rows and columns in the table, and adjust them if necessary.

3. Review the width of each column, in pixels, and adjust this width if necessary.

4. Click OK.

Notes

n   You can also choose Insert > Table, or choose Table > Insert Table to insert a table. You can also use the clipboard to cut and paste a table from any word processor that supports Rich Text Format.

n   You can insert a table within a cell of another table. When you edit nested tables, use care selecting so CuteSITE Builder knows where to apply your changes.

n   You can add rows and columns to a table after you have inserted it, and also change the size of rows or columns. You can also adjust many other table and cell properties.

n   CuteSITE Builder tables include HTML-compatible features such as cell padding, cell spacing, colored table and cell backgrounds, and variable-width borders with separate colors for highlighting and shadows. Any tables brought in from other word processors will be converted to the closest available HTML-like features.

n   To delete a table, you can either select the table and delete it, or click in the table and choose Table > Delete Table. Pressing the Delete key in a table affects only the current selection.
