Add pictures to a page body or border
You can add a picture in a page area either in text or in the background. In text, the picture may move as you add other text and pictures. If you add the picture in the background, any other text and pictures appear on top of the picture. You can either fix the background picture in one place or set it to scroll as you scroll through text.

Notes
You can also right-click where you want to place a picture in the page area and choose Insert > Image/Clipart > Single Image.
Choose Insert > Image/Clipart > Single Image to add a picture. Within running text, CuteSITE Builder inserts the picture at the cursor location.
CuteSITE Builder supports the following picture types: .BMP, .DIB, .GIF, .JPG, .PCD, .PCX, .PIC, .PNG, .TGA, .TIF, and .TIFF. (For .PCD pictures, see Adjust CuteSITE Builder options for KODAK Photo CD pictures.)
You can also add animated PNG pictures to your Web site file. The animation is activated when you preview or publish the site.
If you want a series of pictures on a sequence, use the Photo Sequence Wizard.
With the exception of .JPG and .PIC format pictures, CuteSITE Builder stores and displays pictures using the CuteSITE Builder color palette. The CuteSITE Builder color palette is slightly modifed from palettes used by common Web browsers, and has a maximum density of 256 colors. If your display supports more colors, you will be able to see the additional colors only in .JPG and .PIC format pictures.
To resize a picture in text, click to select it and then drag a selection handle. To crop a picture in text, click to select it, press and hold the Shift key, and then drag a selection handle. You can also use the Image Properties dialog box to resize, crop, set a transparent color for, or view information about a picture in text.
You can crop, resize, set a transparent color for, or view information about a background picture after you have added it by redisplaying the Properties dialog box, clicking the Background tab, and clicking Properties.
If you crop an animated picture, it will no longer be animated.
You can move a picture by selecting it and then dragging it to its new location, just as you would drag text within a page area or from one page area to another. To copy the picture instead, press and hold the Ctrl key as you drag the picture.
It is not possible to copy or move pictures between the map and pages using the Windows clipboard. If you want the same picture in both places, you must insert it twice.
CuteSITE Builder stores each picture only once per file, even if you insert the picture in multiple places. This means that reusing a picture doesn't significantly affect the size of a CuteSITE Builder file. It also means that once you have added a picture to a file, it can be quicker to copy and paste the picture to other locations rather than inserting the picture again.
You can insert up to 255 pictures in each section of the page area.
HTML supports only top-left aligned background pictures. If you intend to publish to the Web, you should include only this type of background picture in the page body or borders.
In the background of the map, you can insert and tile pictures that show the map's underlying grid.
