Move around a table

You can move around a table with either the mouse or keyboard.

Move to a cell using the mouse

Click the cell.

Move around a table using the keyboard

Click the arrow keys.

OR

Click Tab to move forward from cell to cell, and Shift+Tab to move backward.

n   If you are at the beginning of the text in the first cell of a table, pressing Enter creates a paragraph above the table.

n   If you are in the last cell of a table, clicking Tab adds another row to the table.
