CuteFTP has a built-in HTML editor with which you can edit HTML and other ASCII (text)-based documents.
The built-in editor was added primarily for remote file editing to enable you to select a document on the remote site, open it in the editor, make edits, and then save the document in the remote location. You can also use it to edit documents locally.
|
You do not have to use the HTML Editor. You can configure a different editor, such as Notepad or EditPlus, to open HTML documents. |
To open the HTML Editor
Do one of the following:
On the main menu, click File > New > HTML Document.
In either the Local or Remote pane, right-click an HTML document, then click Edit.
