To view listings in a parent folder
Click in the pane where you want to view the parent folder.
Click the Move up icon

To update (refresh) a folder listing
Display the folder.
Click in the pane where the folder is displayed.
Do one of the following:
On the main menu, click View > Refresh.
Right-click, then click Refresh.
Press F5.
