When you apply filters, you do not add or remove files, you simply set which files will be visible or invisible in CuteFTP Pro.
On the menu bar, click View > Filter View.
Select the Enable Filtering check box.
Click the Filter Mask tab.
Type the names of files you want to display, or use wildcard masks to include a group of files.
Click Add.
Click the Filter NOT Mask tab.
Type the names of files you want to Hide, or use wildcard masks to exclude a group of files.
Click OK.
On the menu bar, click View > Filter View.
Select the Enable Filtering check box.
Select the Apply filtering to folder name(s) check box.
Click the Filter Mask tab.
Type the names of files and folders you want to display, or use wildcard masks to include groups of files and folders.
Click Add.
Click the Filter NOT Mask tab.
Type the names of files and folders you want to Hide, or use wildcard masks to exclude groups of files and folders.
Click OK.
On the menu bar, click View > Filter View.
Select the Enable Filtering check box.
Select the Apply to file transfers check box.
Set your filters in the Filter Mask tab and Filter NOT Mask tab.
Click OK.
On the menu bar, click View > Filter View.
Select the Enable Filtering check box.
Select the Case sensitive filtering check box.
Set your filters.
Click OK.
On the menu bar, click View > Filter View.
Select the Enable Filtering check box.
Select the Enable server side filtering check box.
Type in a filter from the Unix ls program.
Click OK.
