Importing and Removing SSL certificates in the trusted list

When a certificate is in your trusted list, you will be able to connect to any server presenting that certificate.

To import a certificate to the CuteFTP Pro trusted list

1. On the menu bar go to Tools > Global Options > Security > SSL security.

2. Click Trusted Certificate.

3. Click Import.

4. Navigate to the folder containing the certificate (.crt) file.

5. Highlight the certificate (.crt) file.  

6. Click Open. The certificate will be listed in your Trusted Certificates list.

7. Click Close.

To remove an SSL certificate from the trusted list

1. On the menu bar, go to Tools > Global Options > Security > SSL security.

2. Click Trusted Certificates

3. Highlight the certificate you want to remove.

4. Click Remove.

5. Click Close to close the Certificate Manager box.

6. Click OK to close the Global Options window.
