You can automatically upload any new files or folders added to a specific local folder.
On the menu bar click Tools > Monitor Local Folder(s).
In Local folder to monitor, type the full path to the folder.
Select Include subfolders to monitor all folders within the target folder.
Enter the full ftp address for the remote folder where you are uploading the files.
Choose the file modified date from which to begin monitoring changes.
Select Always overwrite, to overwrite any file with the same name on the server.
Warning: if you select this check box, CuteFTP Pro will ignore any Smart Overwrite rules, and will not prompt you before overwriting items.
Select Apply monitor filters and click the Filters button to monitor only certain files or file types in a folder.
Choose how often CuteFTP Pro will check for changes in the folder.
Click Start.
