Connect to a remote site and highlight the file or folder you want to transfer.
Select the destination folder in the Local Drives pane.
On the menu, go to the File > Download Advanced > Download Scheduled.
Select the Schedule the current item check box.
Choose a date and time in the Start on option boxes.
If you want the download to repeat automatically, select the Enable Recurrence check box. If not, clear the check box and skip step 7.
Choose how often you want the download to repeat in the Repeat every option boxes.
Click OK.
Highlight the file or folder you want to transfer in the Local Drives pane.
Connect to a remote site and display the folder where you want to send the file or folder.
On the menu, go to the File > Upload Advanced > Upload Scheduled.
Select the Schedule the current item check box.
Choose a date and time in the Start on option boxes.
If you want the download to repeat automatically, select the Enable Recurrence check box. If not, clear the check box and skip step 7.
Choose how often you want the download to repeat in the Repeat every option boxes.
Click OK.
In the Queue Pane, click the file to be transferred.
On the menu bar, click Tools > Queue > Schedule Selected.
Select the Schedule the current item check box.
Choose a date and time in the Start on option boxes.
If you want the download to repeat automatically, select the Enable Recurrence check box. If not, clear the check box and skip step 6.
Choose how often you want the download to repeat in the Repeat every option boxes.
Click OK.
The CuteFTP Pro Transfer Engine will complete scheduled transfers if you have disconnected. It will keep running and complete transfers even If you exit CuteFTP Pro before a transfer is scheduled to start.
If you manually close the Transfer Engine or shut down the computer before a scheduled transfer can start, you will be asked if you still want to complete the scheduled transfer the next time you open CuteFTP Pro.
If you leave CuteFTP Pro or the Transfer Engine open to accomplish a number of tasks, you should set CuteFTP Pro to delete successfully finished items from the queue.
