This command is used to set apart quotations in a block of selected text by inserting indents both on the right and left margins.
If you apply the function Block Quotation on a selection of words within a paragraph, the selected text only will be displayed on a line by itself like an independent paragraph, even if the end of paragraph or end of line tags are not present.
Select the text you want to display as a block quotation.
On the Common
toolbar, click on the Block
Quotation
icon.
Click on the button's arrow to select a fixed line width. By default,
the block quotation is configured at 80 columns or, in other words, fixed
width of 80 characters.
The selected text will be inserted between the tags <blockquote> and </blockquote>.
