You can delete the Workflows that you no longer need and are not being used in Event Rules.

If the Workflow is used in an Event Rule and the Workflow is deleted from the Advanced Workflow node, the Event Rule will fail when it attempts to execute the Workflow |
To delete Workflows
In the left pane, expand the Advanced Workflow node.
Right-click the Workflow you want to delete, then click Delete. The Workflow is removed from the tree.
