Configuring FTP for a Settings Template

When you configure FTP connections to the Site, the Settings Template inherits the settings from the Site; however, you can override the settings for the Settings Template and for each user.

To configure FTP transfers for a Settings Template

1. In the administration interface, connect to EFT and click the Server tab.

2. On the Server tab, click the Settings Template that you want to configure.

3. In the right pane, click the Connections tab.

4. Select the FTP or FTPS (SSL/TLS) check box.

5. Click FTP Config. The FTP Settings dialog box appears.

   

6. Configure one or more of the following options, as needed:

   • Allowing Site-to-Site Transfers (Settings Template)

   • Allowing Multipart Transfers (COMB Command) for a Settings Template

   • Allowing the XCRC Command for a Settings Template

   • Allowing the Mode Z Command for a Settings Template

   • Configuring the FTP Connection Banner

7. Click OK to close the dialog box.

8. Click Apply to save the changes on EFT.
