User Login Credentials Message

When you create a user, you have the option of sending the user an e-mail that contains the login credentials for connecting to EFT. You can configure the text of the e-mail at EFT to apply to all users.

To edit the login credentials reminder

  1. In the administration interface, connect to EFT and click the Server tab.

  2. On the Server tab, click the Server node.

  3. In the right pane, click the General tab.

  4. Next to User login credentials message, click the browse icon . Your default text editor, usually Notepad, opens with the reminder text.

  5. Edit the text as needed, being careful not to delete the variables (%USER.FULL_NAME%, %USER.LOGIN%, %USER.PASSWORD%), then save the file and close the text editor.

  6. Click Apply to save the changes on EFT.
