Changing Your Password

Administrators and Web interface users can change their password, if they know their current password. (If you do not remember your password, click Lost Password on the login page to request a password reset.)

To change your password

  1. After logging in, click the Change Password link in the upper right corner of the page. The Change Password page appears.

  3. In the Old password box, provide your current password.

(The password is case sensitive, should be between 6 and 256 characters, and must contain at least three of the following types of characters: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, special characters (e.g., #, %, ^). If the password does not meet complexity requirements, an error message appears.)

  5. Click Change. A confirmation message appears.
