When you network-share a Job or a folder in a Job, verify that the network-share permissions are appropriate for your users.
To check the network-share permissions
In Windows Explorer, right-click the Job, then click Properties.
Click the Sharing tab, then click Permissions.
If necessary, refer to Windows documentation for information about specifying permissions.
