In the default view, actions in the Available Actions pane are categorized into folders. Alternately they can be viewed alphabetically. You can also create your own custom folders and add a copy of any action to those folders. Created folders or actions can be renamed according to your preference. All Available Actions settings are accessible by right-clicking anywhere inside the Available Actions pane, as shown below.
To add a new custom folder:
Right-click in the Available Actions pane.
Go to Customize and select Add Folder.
Enter a name for the newly created folder.
To add a copy of an action to a folder:
Right-click in the Available Actions pane
Point to Customize and select Add Action. The Actions palette appears with all actions listed.
Drag the desired action(s) from the Actions palette to the appropriate folder.
NOTE: The original action will also still appear in its original folder.
To modify the location of a custom folder or action:
Click and drag the folder or action to the desired location.
NOTE: Original actions cannot be moved
To rename a custom folder or action:
In the Available Actions pane, right-click the folder or action you want to rename.
Point to Customize, and click Rename.
Enter the new name for the folder or action.
NOTE: Original actions or folders cannot be renamed.
To delete a custom folder or action:
Right-click the action or folder you want to delete
Go to Customize, and click Remove.
NOTE: Original folders and actions cannot be edited.
To reset the Available Actions pane to its original display:
Right-click in the Available Actions pane.
Select Customize, and click Reset.
NOTE: All custom folders or added actions are removed when using this option.
