Cannot Download Files from a VMS Server
If your downloads from a VMS server repeatedly restart and try to complete but never do, try turning off the SIZE and MDTM commands.
To turn off the SIZE and MDTM commands

On the main menu, click Tools, then click Global Options (or press ALT+F7).

Expand the Transfer node, then click Smart Overwrite. The Smart Overwrite options appear.

In the Advanced Options area, clear the Use SIZE and MDTM commands to gather precise details check box.

Click OK.
