Upload/Download Filtered Files

CuteFTP allows you to set filters that automatically include or exclude files from transfers. You define the filters in the Filter dialog box, then apply them to transfers. When you apply filters, you do not add or remove files, you simply set which files will be visible or invisible in CuteFTP.

To transfer filtered items

• After defining a filter as described above, in the Local Drives or Remote pane, click the files that remain visible, then click File > Upload Advanced, then click Upload filtered (or Download Advanced > Download filtered if you are downloading).

For the Upload Advanced option to be available, you must connect to a Site and select a folder in the Local Drives pane.

For the Download Advanced option to be available, you must connect to a Site and select a folder in the remote pane.
