Specifying the default folders CuteFTP will open after connecting to an FTP site

In order to make your connections more efficient, CuteFTP allows you to specify the remote and local folders CuteFTP will go to when you connect to each FTP site.

To specify the default folders

1. On the menu bar, choose File > Site Manager.

2. In the left side of the Site Manager, select a site.

3. Click Edit.

4. In Default Remote Folder, type the path from your main FTP folder to the folder you want to display when you connect.

5. In Default Local Folder, type the path, or browse to the folder on your computer that you want to see in CuteFTP when you connect.
