If you are getting an error message about your password not being accepted, you will need to contact the administrator of the server to which you are trying to connect to confirm that you have the correct user name and password.
Confirm that:
You are using the correct user name and password.
You have entered your user name and password correctly. Keep in mind that the password is always case sensitive, and the user name may be case sensitive as well.
