Registration Limit Exceeded

The "Registration Limit Exceeded" message indicates that you have attempted to register the software on multiple computers.

According to the license agreement, " ...you are licensed to copy the SOFTWARE only into the memory of the number of computers corresponding to the number of licenses purchased. The primary user of the computer on which each licensed copy of the SOFTWARE is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a portable..."

We understand that hard drives "crash," system upgrades occur, and other problems arise that may require you to install the software on a system other than the original. Before we are able to increase your registration limit, we need more details as to the steps you took when you installed and registered the product, including any major changes you made to your operating system or your hardware. If you want to install and use the software on more than one computer, you will need to purchase a license for each computer.
