Viewing and Modifying Details and Permissions

To view and modify file and folder details and permissions

1. Click the file or folder in either the local or the remote pane.

2. On the context menu (Control+click or right-click), click Get Info.

1. • To view general information about the item, click General.

   • To see the item's group and owner, click Ownership.

   • To view and modify the item's permissions (UMASK), click Permissions.

   • To view a thumbnail version of the selected item, click Preview. (For local files only.)
