Users are Unable to Upload/Download in Home Directory

If users are unable to upload or download files to or from the home directory, first determine whether the problem is just for one or more certain users or all users. If no users can upload or download file, verify that the EFT service has permissions to modify the network share directory. If the problem only occurs for one or more certain users, verify that the user or group has the appropriate permissions in the VFS for that directory.
